Inside the house has a double room with en-suite bathroom, a twin, a single room and another bathroom, also this one with shower. The living-kitchen area overlooks the outdoor patio which is furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs. The AC is located in the two main bedrooms, it is missing in the room with the single bed (but just keep the door of one of the bedrooms open and the fresh air comes in comfortably). The sea village of Portopalo itself is a very typical place with low houses and a tower of the XVI century. The closest town is Menfi, 4 kms.
Agrigento with its Unesco's temples is 60 km’s away: a valley of history and almond trees!10 kms and here there are the Cave di Cusa a stone quarry misteriously abandoned in 409 B. C.
Here you can still see the rows of the columns destined to the Selinunte sacred temples!
Worth a visit the Belice valley (15 km), a very mysterious place where you can find ghost towns, endless agricultural fields, futuristic towns...
Selinunte the largest archeological park in Europe is 20 km’s away.
Sciacca, a medieval Sicilian town is 15 km’s away.
