It is equipped with sleeping space for four people (one bedroom with a king size bed, and one with two wooden bunk beds suitable for children only), a living room with table, sofa, TV and a kitchenette (fully equipped with stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher , toaster, kettle, coffee maker) and a bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer.
Outside, the holiday home has a veranda with a roof, furnished with a table and chairs. The property enjoys a splendid view over the sea and the island of San Pietro, which can be admired from a belvedere with garden furniture. Guests can also relax in the pinewood hammocks and deckchairs. Neighbours' homes are located at a distance of over 300 meters.
