This spacious, well-equipped summer house, located near the beautiful Marielyst beach and various Lolland/Falster attractions, is an ideal family vacation spot for all seasons. The house features a mini water park, including a 20 m2 pool with a water slide and counter-current system, a sauna, and a large whirlpool for endless water-based fun and relaxation. For those who enjoy games and competition, the house offers an activity room equipped with billiards, table tennis, air hockey, darts, table football, and a PlayStation 4. The room also includes a bar with a fridge for serving cold drinks. The heart of the house is the open-plan living area, featuring a large kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable sofa setup. Sleeping arrangements are spread across bedrooms in three separate areas and a loft.
