Spectacular Panoramic Sea View, Direct Beach Access, Detached House
Enjoy breathtaking sea views and direct access to the beach. Electric heating and high-speed fiber optic internet are included. Relax in the beautiful flower garden.
Parking is about 100 m away. There is no direct car access to the house; you can only reach it on foot from Rue des Algues. This rental is not recommended for guests with mobility difficulties. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee if requested when booking.
The spacious east-facing living room features a double sofa bed (160 cm), armchairs, a coffee table, TV, DVD player, and hi-fi system. Admire the stunning view of the sea and the small port of Larvor through the large gable window. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric oven, microwave, and a table with chairs for 8.
Bedroom 1 (west side) offers a panoramic sea view, a double bed (160 cm), closets, and a sink hidden in a cupboard. Bedroom 2 (east side) also has a sea view, a double bed (160 cm), closet, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, and two lamps. Bedroom 3 (center) sleeps 3 with bunk beds and a third single bed, plus a sink.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower facing the sea, a sink, and separate toilet. Outside, a small garden and a raised terrace with sea view await you.
The beach and sea are right in front of the house. Swimming is not possible directly in front, but is accessible at Port de Larvor, 200 m away.
