Gite le Bousquet in the Basque Country

Le Bousquet is a charming 17th-century farmhouse in the Orthe region, fully restored with a large, flower-filled garden. Its exposed stonework adds to its unique character.



Between the ocean and the mountains, our semi-detached gite is ideally located in the heart of the Basque countryside, near the Landes. The peaceful setting ensures a relaxing holiday away from prying eyes.



From our small village, you can easily reach all the region’s main attractions while enjoying a tranquil environment, far from the summer crowds of the coast.



The gite offers 60 m² of living space for up to 4 guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, and separate WC. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms and a shower room with WC. Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen, bath towels, and washcloths are available for an extra charge.



You’ll have all the necessary amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, microwave, oven, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, food processor, and fridge-freezer. Wi-Fi is included.



Outside, enjoy your own private terrace and garden.



The saltwater pool, facing south, is in the owner’s garden at the back of the house. It’s available from June and is reserved for your private use from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., June to October. Sun loungers, barbecue, swings, trampoline, and table tennis are also provided.



A small pet is allowed for an extra charge.



In the Basque Country, the mild climate in September and October lets you fully enjoy the beautiful scenery at this time of year.
