Das Haus ist geschmackvoll renoviert und vom Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend (Klimagerät und Ventilator) versorgt übergeben worden.

An sich eine schöne Unterkunft, wie beschrieben. Uns hat etwas irritiert, dass es vielmehr einzelne Zimmer mit Schlüsseln sind, die über einen Hausflur verbunden sind, statt eine wirklich zusammenhängende Wohnung. Zudem bestand am Anfang die Sorge, ob es noch andere externe Buchungen gibt, da im Hausflur noch weitere Zimmer abgingen.Sauberkeit war okay, in manchen Zimmer war der Boden etwas dreckig und staubig. Nachteil war leider auch, wenn im unteren Bad die Dusche lief, konnte man im oberen Bad nicht duschen, da kein warmes Wasser und kein Wasserdruck vorhanden war. Bei 17 Personen hat es dann gedauert, bis alle duschen waren. Ansonsten super zentral gelegene Wohnung, schön eingerichtet und alles vorhanden. Vermieter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung.

Vielen Dank für die konstruktive Bewertung! Wir werden selbstverständlich nach Lösungen suchen. Vor euerer Ankunft wurde die Unterkunft von einer Reinigungsfirma Grund gereinigt. Wir haben einen Parket Boden von 1948 im Haus und es sind Verfärbungen die sich im laufe der Jahre nicht vermeiden lassen die auf Unreinheit hindeuten können. Sonnst kann ich mir das nicht erklären denn die Unterkunft wurde von mir persönlich abgenommen.

War alles gut soweit nur eine liste wie der Müll zu trennen ist wäre super und ein paar größere Badetücher wären gut ansonsten hat alles super gepasst
