My gorgeous house with everything you need to enjoy a few days in Nashville! But the best part - Only mins to downtown! Only about an $6 Uber or Lyft ride to the entertainment district!
SORRY. No Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties!!!
Has 4 King Master Retreats with wet-bars, mini fridge, dining and sitting areas and 42" Flat Screen TV's. Each bedroom has its own bath!! The 4th Suite bedroom on the 3rd floor has King bed, Jacuzzi jetted tub, and roof top terrace!

2 covered porches and also a roof top terrace with a great view of the downtown skyline especially at night!!

To get downtown, you have many choices:
Take a 25 minute walk (My favorite! Along the way browse Farmers Market, then checkout Bicentennial park, then take the capital steps up to the State capital building(check out the view!), then on to War Memorial Plaza and your downtown! Just a short walk down Church St to the entertainment district, and you have to walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River just for the view of Nashville!!
- Take a $6 Lift or Uber ride (Second best choice!!)
- Less than 2 mile drive ( but parking will cost you..especially on the busy weekends!)

Family fun

The house was amazing! We will definitely rent this house again when we go back to Nashville. The owner responded quickly every time we had a question. We gathered on the porch every morning for coffee. Monells was a great experience we would definitely go back there. We also rented lime scooters to go downtown. The red room was our favorite. Every room was a master suite plus. Perfect for couples!

Wonderful stay

The place was more than we could have asked for! We booked it for a 4 day weekend for 8 people (4 couples) and Richard thought of everything to make our stay feel like home from filtered water in every refrigerator to fully stocked Keurigs to games in the living room!

All eight of us raved about the house and the location. Far enough away from Broadway for quiet but close enough for easy access. Walking distance to Germantown, and found some great spots there. Would highly recommend.

This was an amazing VRBO stay in walking distance of downtown Nashville!

This was a beautiful house with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a dining / living room area we could all meet up in, as well as two decks to sit and see the Nashville Skyline from. It was the PERFECT place for the four HS friends and spouses to stay with each room separated so we could keep our own hours, etc. Excellent communication with the owner, also

First time to Nashville

Perfect house for 4 - 60 year old couples. 4 King Suites. Clean and easy access. Short walk to Farmers Market - excellent variety of food and shop vendors. Neighbors Bar and Germantown Pub were short walks for food and drink. Short Uber ride to Broadway. Everything was great for our needs.If you leave Broadway on a Saturday night walk 3-4 blocks away for pickup. Had big problems getting a ride from the nightlife area due to crowds and closed off roads. Other than that, a fabulous weekend!

Perfect Place to Stay!

Our family and friends enjoyed staying in this beautifully decorated home with 4 large suites and our own bathroom! The beds were super comfy and the rooms had snacks, filtered water and coffee pods for each Keurig. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook breakfast each day. The living room had games, cards and puzzles that we used during our down time. This home is the perfect location to take a quick uber downtown! We look forward to coming back here again!!

I will do my best to provide a great place to stay while you are in Nashville! I am a single Dad with 2 great kids off to college! I built this home last year and love living near downtown Nashville. I am an avid walker and most weeks put in 15 to 20 miles just walking from my home to the Historical Germantown area, Bicentennial Mall State Park, Farmers Market, State Capital, Legislative Plaza, TPAC, then on to Lower Broad, 2nd Ave, and Riverfront park where all the honky tonks are located! That total distance is just a little over 2 miles each way.

I was in the USAF and Tennessee Air Guard for 13 years where i was a navigator on C-130's. After my military life i became a General Contractor and started my own business. After being in the country for so long i decided to try the city life. I bought a vacant lot in this historical overlay district and loved it. I do love this neighborhood.

I also love to hike the mountains! I have summed 3 12,000 foot peaks in the Rockies and last summer my son and I summed 14,254 foot Long's Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park. I must admit - it kicked my ass ... but wow!... what a view! Leaves no doubt there is a God! I also love to kayak and travel. But the best times are with the kids. We love to play strategy board games..Settlers of Catan, Acquire, and Cashflow. I love Axis and Allies, but its hard to get them to play that! I also play in a Texas holdem Poker League...for points...not for cash!

Why they chose this property

This is a new house I designed and built. All the suites are soundproofed between each unit, and each unit has its own lockable door. The big plus is that its only about $6 taxi fare to the downtown entertainment district or 2 blocks over to the Music City Circuit stop (free downtown loop bus service 6AM thru 6PM), or 25 min walk!

New Home just completed in May 2012 -4 King Master Suites, full kitchen, open Living room and Dining area. 4th King Suite is located on the 3rd floor with roof top terrace and a great skyline view of downtown Nashville, whirlpool tub, and cathedral ceilings! There is also a half bath on the living area floor. Kitchen has full refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Two covered porches! Living room has 70' 3D TV with full satellite channels including HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime.

Come and go as you please. Beautiful new house is just 2 blocks to Bicentennial Mall State Park and Farmers Market, and just a few more blocks to Germantown restaurants and downtown Nashville.
