In the centre of Bormio, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1 km from the skiing area, east facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Public parking on the road extra. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café, bus stop 200 m, thermal baths "Terme di Bormio" 400 m. Golf course (9 hole) 1.2 km, chair lift 1 km, ski rental 1 km, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km, children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bormio 2000 10 km, Santa Caterina Valfurva 13 km, Livigno 36 km.
