This holiday flat is located in a quiet area of Porec, just a few minutes' walk from Pical beach and approx. 500 m from the old town of Porec. A restaurant and shops can be reached in a few minutes and are only 100 metres away. The house has a total of two holiday flats: one for four and one for two people. The landlord lives on the first floor. There is a car park in front of the house.
The holiday flat for two people with an area of 35 m² is located on the high ground floor of the house and has a kitchen with dining area, a living room with double bed, satellite TV and an exit to the covered terrace with garden furniture as well as a bathroom with shower and WC.
