Stay right on the lake
Our holiday home faces south and is located less than 10 metres from the water within a marina on the northern shore of Lake Schwerin, Germany’s fourth-largest inland lake. It is modern, bright, and inviting, individually furnished with attention to detail. Built in the Finnish log cabin style with solid construction, the house is part of an exclusive, very quiet holiday home community completed in 2009 that blends harmoniously into the lakeside landscape. You’ll enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view. To the east lies the marina with its approximately 50 boat slips; to the west, you can see the island of Lieps and, in the distance, the state capital of Schwerin, the “City of Seven Lakes.”
Interior and Amenities
Our holiday home, with approximately 30 m² of living space, is divided into two floors, one above the other, connected by a small staircase. Our house is ideal for 2 people; an extra bed can be added to accommodate two additional guests.
The lower level features a living room with an open kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living room is furnished with a seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a radio/CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for self-catering. It features electric hot plates, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, an oven, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment.
On the upper floor, overlooking the lake across the entire width of the house, there is a bedroom with two single beds placed side by side and a built-in closet for your clothes. The bedroom is equipped with high-quality blackout blinds.
From the living room, which features floor-to-ceiling windows facing the lake, you have direct access to the wooden deck with seating for 4 people, lounge chairs, and a patio umbrella. Each house comes with a barbecue area with a grill and a parking space.
The holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating and can therefore be used year-round. Free Wi-Fi is available.
A rowing boat from the marina can be used free of charge. A boat motor can be rented on a daily basis for a fee (€40.00/day).
We ask for your understanding: Out of consideration for all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors; pets are not allowed.
Due to the open staircase, the houses are less suitable for small children and guests with limited mobility.
