Hej and a warm welcome to Hygge42 Holiday Home, your cosy retreat in Simonsberg, right behind the North Sea dike. As soon as you step inside, you’ll feel the cosy atmosphere that invites you to relax, unwind, and feel right at home.

The bright living and dining area offers a magnificent view of the dike, and the spacious sofa is the perfect spot to unwind with a good book, a hot drink, or simply while enjoying the fresh North Sea air. The wood-burning stove ensures cosy moments, spreading comforting warmth on cooler days.
The holiday home features two bedrooms that guarantee restful nights. On the ground floor is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a spacious closet, and a desk—ideal for couples or parents. A steep staircase leads up to the “hyggelige” children’s room in the attic, which features three single beds and offers young guests a true paradise, inviting them to play and dream.
The bathroom features a modern design and a walk-in shower, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a pantry and built-in washing machine, leaves nothing to be desired.
The infrared sauna provides additional relaxation, allowing you to unwind after a day in the fresh North Sea air or after a long walk along the dike. The house has free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, making it easy to stream or work while on holiday, and the convenient entryway with seating welcomes you warmly as you enter.
Outside, the large, secluded garden with several terraces, comfortable patio furniture, a brick barbecue, and an open bike shed offers plenty of space for playing, relaxing, or socialising. Two parking spaces right next to the house provide added convenience. The property is completely fenced or bordered by hedges, so dogs are welcome; however, the property is not escape-proof.
The 70 m² holiday home stands on a 672 m² lot planted with fruit trees and berry bushes. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the fruit straight from the tree. For families, a travel cot (please bring your own bedding), games, and books are provided so that all generations can feel completely at home.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere at all times. Please note that firewood for the wood-burning stove is not included in the rental price. The mandatory initial supply of bed linens and towels is already included in the final price; additional linen packages can easily be booked if needed.
