Very nice, modern 3-room apartment for up to 4 people, fully equipped, approx. 87 m², located on the 1st floor; 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds (bed linens included) and exterior blinds on all windows. Note: One bedroom features a loft area for the double bed—limited headroom; walk-in shower/toilet; living room with a large kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, microwave) 2 cable TV sets, radio, free Wi-Fi, small balcony (north/east) with a partial lake view, passenger lift, reserved parking space in the underground garage included; pets are not allowed and the apartment is, of course, non-smoking. Clearance height in the underground garage: 2.05 m.
Reservation of a second parking space in the underground garage is possible for €15.00/day, subject to availability and upon request.
