The house is located on a quiet street in Rantum. This picturesque town is located in the southern part of Sylt, bordered by Hörnum to the south and Westerland to the north. Luxury is a top priority at this property. A modern brand-name kitchen, a living and dining area with a gas fireplace, and a south-facing terrace leave nothing to be desired.
All three bedrooms feature elegant built-in cabinetry, ensuring a restful stay. One of the three modern bathrooms includes a steam sauna with a large glass front.

Ground Floor:
Starting in the entryway, you’ll find a small guest bathroom on your left. Following the hallway, you’ll enter a warm living and dining area bathed in natural light all day long. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, featuring modern Miele appliances, a wine refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee machine. During the colder months, a gas fireplace keeps you warm while you listen to the cold autumn winds or enjoy a film on the large flat-screen TV. From the living area, you’ll step out into the immaculately maintained south-facing garden, complete with comfortable outdoor furniture and a beach chair typical of Sylt.
Upper Floor:
The fresh sea air and the long Sylt nights will leave you tired. Where better to relax than in the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and luxurious built-in cabinetry? And when you wake up fully refreshed, the first thing you’ll see is the Wadden Sea, a World Natural Heritage Site.
The second bedroom features all the amenities of the master bedroom. A custom-sized bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), handcrafted built-in cabinets, and a flat-screen TV—plus a view of the Wadden Sea—invite you to sleep in.
A second bathroom with a large shower, Raindance showerhead, heated towel rack, toilet, and double sink is also located on this floor.
Basement:
The third bedroom, featuring a spacious double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), elegant built-in cabinetry, and a flat-screen TV, offers space for two additional guests.
