Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage, Strand- und Zentrumnah. Parkplätze in der Nähe sind zwar kostenlos aber nicht immer vorhanden - teilweise weiter entfernt(300-500m).Die Wohnung ist kuschelig klein und in Wirklichkeit etwas kleiner als sie auf den Fotos wirkt(Weitwinkelfotos).Das ist aber nicht negativ, wenn man sich drauf einstellt.Das einzige Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses:Der (heftig) hustende Nachbar kann einen nachts wecken und Spätheimkehrer gehen akustisch direkt an deinem Bett vorbei. Wir haben uns damit arrangiert und sind alles in allem sehr zufrieden, insbesondere die angenehme und einfache Vorgehensweise der Verwaltung Wiking!!Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.Fam. M.&H.

Die Unterkunft war ordentlich und sauber. Es war nur leider sehr hellhörig. Wir hörten jeden Schritt von den Urlaubern über uns und auch von den Nachbarn.

Anzumerken sind: Zugang zu 3 WE sehr schmal und dichtgestellt mit Staubsauger etc. Außerdem nur öffentlich rechtliche TV-Programme verfügbar (kein RTL, SAT1, Pro7 etc).und sehr kleiner Fernseher. Spülmaschine fehlt ...
