Newly renovated, modern 1-room apartment, 38 square metres on the 4th floor with views of the dunes and a side view of the sea, located right near the beach; non-smoking. This exclusive apartment features a modern design with an open-concept kitchen in the living area, a cosy bench and two chairs at the dining area, a two-seater sofa, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi (subject to availability), and a north-facing balcony with views of the dunes and the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The visually separated sleeping area features high-quality built-in wooden furniture, a spacious double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and a safe. Access to the bed is only possible from the foot of the bed. The bathroom features a shower (rain shower) and toilet, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror. A free parking space is located directly behind the house. Bedding and towels are provided upon arrival. Pets are not allowed.

Denkmalgeschütztes, uriges, sehr schönes Häuschen umgeben von sehr schöner Natur. Sehr gute Wander- und Fahrradmöglichkeiten an der Rur, im Eifel-Nationalpark und im hohen Venn.Der Vermieter wohnt direkt neben an ist sehr nett und aufgeschlossen.

Das Fachwerkhaus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist super, alles da was man braucht.
