Charming 1-room attic studio with sloped ceilings in the "Olympia 2" building. Approx. 23 m². Non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. Living room and bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.0 m), cable TV, radio, and a small, built-in kitchenette with a 2-burner induction stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dining area for 2 people, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The swimming pool with a Finnish sauna is located in Building 4. A separate wellness area with a steam sauna, Finnish sauna, and relaxation area is located in Building 2. A laundry room with a shared washing machine/dryer is available. An open Wi-Fi network is available (without guarantee). Bed linens and towels are provided upon arrival. A garage parking space can be booked for a fee!

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Unterkunft; gute Ausstattung, Haustierfreundlichkeit mit kleinem Willkommensgruß für den Vierbeiner bekommt ein Extrasternchen, nette Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage, nötige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Altstadt mit Restaurants etc. bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr gern wieder.
