Exclusive 2-room penthouse in the Sylter Welle building, approx. 90 m². 10th floor with wraparound rooftop terrace (west-south-east)! Please note: The lift only goes up to the 9th floor.
Spacious living room with sitting and dining areas, sofa bed, flat-screen TV, stereo system, open Wi-Fi (no guarantee), access to the rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of the ocean and across the island. Separate kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with tub and shower, separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed and closet. The apartment features wood-look designer flooring. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The assigned garage parking space (No. 92) can be reserved at the time of booking for €15 per night. A laundry room and bicycle storage are located in the building. Bed linens and towels are provided upon arrival.

Haus "Alt Boltenhagen" sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes Objekt mit mehreren Wohnungen verschiedener Eigentümer nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Wir hatten Wohnung 10, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Zur Steilküste ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg, ebenso etwa zur Seebrücke, wo man gleich im Zentrum von Boltenhagen ist.
