Your Tuscan retreat in the heart of the countryside: a charming townhouse blending modern comfort with traditional flair. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a 400-year-old stone staircase make this home unique. Renovated in 2018, it features panoramic countryside views and a custom kitchen—perfect for cooking and sharing meals. Relax on the private terrace with table and chairs, ideal for sunsets or an aperitif. Enjoy year-round comfort with underfloor heating and cooling. Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. Quiet setting, yet close to shops and restaurants. From July to late September, a seasonal pool is available. Access via code; shared parking provided.
