A unique, cubic holiday home with a fenced-in garden terrace will open in early October. Up to three people and two dogs can enjoy a relaxing getaway here in a detached holiday home.
From the fenced-in terrace, which is almost like a small garden, you can enjoy the view of the idyllically situated Schönweiher, nestled in a beautiful landscape. Daily fishing permits can be purchased directly on site.
Renovation work will begin shortly—we’ll keep you updated here. You can already look forward to cosy evenings by the fireplace in the open-concept living area. The Kubus is completely barrier-free—you can access the holiday home from the car park without having to climb any steps.

Children under the age of two travel free of charge.

A one-time fee of 35€ applies per dog travelling with you. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in this house. Please specify the number of dogs when making your reservation.
The holiday rental may only be occupied by the previously agreed-upon number of people (including babies and toddlers). You must coordinate with the agency if additional people are staying in the holiday home during the day. The minimum rental period for all guests is always 3 nights. The minimum rental period also applies to guests who are only staying at the property temporarily. A reduction in the number of guests after the contract has been concluded will not result in a change to the rental price.
Access to the holiday home is via a key safe. The PIN will be sent to you by email 3 days before your arrival. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Please check out by 10:00 AM. Depending on booking availability, you are welcome to enquire about a late check-out. Use of the property as a party venue is not permitted. To maintain good neighborly relations, quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Pets:
may only be brought along in consultation with the rental agency and for a fee, up to the number specified in advance. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed on the bed, the sofa, or the armchair. Dog waste in the garden and around the holiday rental must be picked up. We ask that you vacuum the property before your departure to remove pet hair (leave it swept clean).
For technical reasons, it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the holiday rental’s electrical supply. The system is not designed for this purpose, and doing so could result in a fire.
We charge a EUR 20 processing fee for any subsequent changes to the contract.
We reserve the right to collect a security deposit of 500€ for rentals to commercial customers. This will be refunded within 14 days upon departure, provided there are no issues. If you intend to use the house for commercial purposes, you must inform us of this.
