In the district of Zerpenschleuse 14 km from the centre of Wandlitz, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 5 km from the lake, 10 m from the canal. Private: property 350 m2 (fenced), garden, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: infrared sauna. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bicycle rental 2 km, bus stop "Ruhlsdorf-Zerpenschleuse" 200 m, railway station "Ruhlsdorf-Zerpenschleuse" 500 m, bathing lake "Bernsteinsee" 5 km. Sports harbour 100 m, riding stable 1.2 km, cycle lane 20 m, fishing possibilities 200 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bernsteinsee 5 km, Werbellinsee 10 km, Wandlitzsee 14 km. Hiking paths: Schorfheide 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
