Visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not person-specific, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Our Hafenblick holiday apartment is 84 square metres and accommodates 2 to 6 people. It is modern and cosy, furnished with great attention to detail. The living room, featuring an open kitchen and a loggia overlooking the harbour, is the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning or to unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. Relax on the couch, enjoy a meal at the large dining table, or watch the activity along the waterfront from the loggia. The holiday apartment has two separate bedrooms. The smaller of the two bedrooms features a cosy double bed, and the larger one has a double bed as well as a pull-out bed. The high-quality amenities are rounded out by two televisions and free Wi-Fi.
A parking space right next to the house is reserved for you. Secure storage for your bicycles is also available.

Lotsenhus Wismar
The Lotsenhus in Wismar is a new building that was completed in the summer of 2017. It blends beautifully with the architectural style of the old warehouses at the harbour.

Our holiday rental is located in the beautiful harbour at the Lotsenhus. The city centre is just a 10-minute walk away. Brick Gothic architecture, restored townhouses, churches, and the market square are just a few of Wismar’s landmarks. Restaurants and cafés await you. In addition to its cultural offerings, Wismar has many beaches in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy the view from the loggia of the lively hustle and bustle at the harbour.

Located directly on the harbour and thus very centrally situated, a 10-minute walk to the city centre, accessible via the A20 highway, with the central bus station (ZOB) and train station just a few minutes away; parking space, bicycle storage, and Wi-Fi are available; restaurants are right on your doorstep.
