The "L'Aratille" gite is located in a renovated traditional Noirmoutier farmhouse, La Ferme des 5 Chemins, preserving its original charm with features like authentic fireplaces and a bread oven. The gite is less than a 10-minute walk from the Noirmoutier port. With entrances on both the street and garden sides, you enjoy privacy and peace. A reserved picnic area awaits you in the garden.
This charming, single-level gite offers 56 m² of living space, including a living room with an open kitchen, one bedroom, and a walk-in shower room. The living area features an original fireplace, a sitting corner with a sofa, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining space. The kitchen comes equipped with cooktops, a multifunction oven, coffee maker, Thermomix, kitchen utensils, and tableware for 2 to 5 guests.
The bedroom has a 160 cm quality bed for restful nights. Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, and shower products.
Cleaning is not included but can be arranged on site for an extra fee.
