The modern Holiday Apartment 2 is located in the magnificent Villa Sonneck in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Sellin. You can reach the apartment, located on the ground floor, via an lift; it’s the perfect holiday home for up to 4 people. Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here!

The bright living room is accessible via the inviting hallway—here you’ll find a flat-screen TV, two comfortable armchairs, and a cosy sofa set that can also be used as extra sleeping space for two more people. From here, you can step out onto the sunny patio with patio furniture (including cushions) and your own beach chair. Right around the corner, you’ll find another sun deck that’s just been newly landscaped!

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a culinary evening: a ceramic cooktop, an oven with an exhaust hood, a microwave, a dishwasher, and all kinds of small kitchen appliances (kettle, capsule coffee machine,..). Cutlery, dishes, and other kitchen utensils are, of course, also provided. Right next to it, in the small dining area, you’ll find the perfect spot to wind down after a day of holiday with a cosy dinner.

The cosy Apartment 2 at Villa Sonneck features a separate sleeping area with a large closet and TV, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The brightly lit bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a vanity with a sink and mirror.

On the lower level of the building, a pleasant wellness area is available for your free use: a small solarium, a sauna, and a cosy relaxation room await you here.
In addition, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for use by all guests of the house.
Free parking and Wi-Fi access are available. A high chair and a cot (without a mattress) can be provided in the apartment free of charge upon request.
When the booking confirmation is generated, the visitor’s passes will be automatically added to the booking based on the ages you provided and will be listed accordingly on the booking confirmation.
An initial supply of linen packages can be added as an optional extra at any time.
