"Dünenterrasse" Holiday Rental

The “Dünenterrasse,” located on the ground floor of the Stubnitz building, is reminiscent of a loft. An open, creative living-dining concept and exposed brickwork are rather atypical for sophisticated seaside resort architecture, but they suit this holiday rental perfectly. From here, the view extends to a large terrace with an XL beach chair, beyond which lies a dune landscape and a pine forest. Just a few steps beyond your own terrace, your walk along the sea begins (direct beach access).

Here on the Proraer Wiek in Binz, a modern, comfortable, and high-quality apartment with barrier-free access awaits you. Spanning a total of 92 m², the apartment offers a range of amenities designed with great attention to detail.
You’ll find two bedrooms, each featuring high-quality blackout curtains, insect screens, and a natural wood double bed for two people. In the living room, the leather sofa can be easily converted into a bed for two additional guests. The open-concept living and dining area offers ample space for four to six people. The whole family can gather around the solid wood dining table. In the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction cooktop, dishwasher, and high-quality refrigerator with freezer compartment, you can cook to your heart’s content. A washing machine is available.

Two separate, modern bathrooms—one of which is en suite—with walk-in rain showers ensure a relaxing start to the day.
The ocean-facing terrace features a large table and four chairs with adjustable backrests, as well as an XL beach chair—a high-quality custom-made piece with porthole-style windows on the sides—which also invites you to linger during the season from May through October.
A second beach chair is available for your exclusive use on the beach from May through September.
