The KaSaMimb apartment welcomes you with an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area in a timeless colour scheme, accentuated by a versatile lighting concept featuring dimmable cove lighting and various light sources. During the day, you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea—even from both bedrooms—across and through the small dune forest, and take a stroll along the Baltic Sea beach, which you can reach in a 3-minute walk through an access path reserved exclusively for guests of the house.

In summer and winter alike, take a leisurely stroll along the beach, for example, to the sophisticated Baltic Sea resort of Binz, which you can reach on foot in about 30 minutes or by rental bike—partly along the Baltic Sea promenade—in about 15 minutes.

On balmy summer evenings, your balcony awaits, where even four of you can comfortably enjoy the twilight hours—for example, by using the table grill provided. Afterwards, simply move over to the lounge area on the balcony and let the day wind down with a cool glass of white wine or a beer while enjoying a breeze of fresh Baltic Sea air.

Sauna enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy. You can reserve the Sky Sauna on the 5th floor simply by making an entry in the reservation book. After your sauna sessions, breathe in the fresh air on the rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Baltic Sea and the surrounding forests, and relax in the relaxation rooms or in your apartment, located just one floor below.

Especially during the cold fall and winter months, KaSaMimb has a special treat in store for you: you’ll be staying in the only apartment in the Arkona building with its own wood-burning fireplace! And trust us! The summer relaxation programme works just as well by the evening fireplace.

Gentle dune landscapes along the fine-sand, kilometer-long beach surround Haus Arkona. A highlight at Haus Arkona is the Sky Sauna on the 5th floor with an ON-TOP terrace. On this communal rooftop terrace, you can soak up the sun, do your daily exercises, or simply relax and read a book. Nature reserves, such as the famous chalk cliffs and flint fields, invite you to take long hikes. Binz is definitely worth a visit. Rügen’s largest seaside resort enchants visitors with its seaside architecture and idyllic charm.
