The “Zudar” house is one of four so-called “Liegehäuser” (beach houses) in Block III in Prora, and is our newest “beach gem” to date. Unlike the standard houses, this one features a particularly open design with a modern, transparent glass facade facing the Baltic Sea, as well as a continuous balcony system.
