You’ll find a light-filled, high-end furnished duplex apartment with a total of 97 m².
It features two balconies where you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning from the apartment’s own beach chair, right above the Baltic Sea.
The 3-room holiday apartment, featuring 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed), a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest bathroom, offers plenty of space for up to 5 people to fully enjoy their holiday.
Designer lamps have been installed on the upper floor, providing beautiful lighting and a holiday atmosphere in the apartment even on overcast days.
Via the property’s private beach access, you’re just a few steps away from the white, fine-sand beach. After a long walk along the Proraer Wiek, you can warm up in your own sauna and then wind down the day on the covered balcony, in your own beach chair, with a view of the lake and the sound of the sea.
From early May through late September, a beach chair is available for you on the beach.

The “Zudar” house is one of four so-called “Liegehäuser” (beach houses) in Block III in Prora, which is our newest “beach gem” to date. Unlike the standard houses, this one features a particularly open design, with a modern and transparent glass facade facing the Baltic Sea, as well as a continuous balcony area.

Zum siebten Mal Prora, sogar die Möwen Grüßen uns schon mit Vornamen Ja, es ist wahr, wir sind zum siebten Mal hier gelandet. Es ist einfach jedes Mal wie nach Hause kommen, nur mit viel besserem Ausblick, Meeresrauschen und der Garantie für absolute Tiefenentspannung. Der Urlaub ging direkt wie am Schnürchen los, einchecken am Anreisetag ging blitzschnell und das Team von Prora.com gewohnt tiefenentspannt und herzlich. Unsere größten Bedenken galten im Vorfeld der Tatsache, dass hier Haustiere erlaubt sind. Wir haben geschnüffelt wie Spürhunde und die Lupe rausgeholt aber absolut nichts gerochen oder gesehen! Keine Haare, kein Mief. Einzige Ausnahme: Ein leicht angekauter Vorhang im Wohnzimmer. Da hatte wohl ein vierbeiniger Vorgänger ein bisschen zu viel Knabber-Appetit. Aber hey, Nobody’s perfect! Was uns umgehauen hat (und was gefehlt hat): Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und bietet eigentlich alles, was das Herz begehrt. Einziges Luxusproblem, es gab eindeutig zu wenig Weingläser für die Anzahl an gemütlichen Abenden. Dafür wurden wir fürstlich entschädigt: • Zwei wunderschöne Balkone. • Ein eigener Strandkorb direkt am Meer, Premium-Feeling pur! • Ein extrem bequemes Bett, das uns einen Schlaf wie auf Wolken beschert hat. • Und das absolute Highlight, die eigene Sauna in der Wohnung. Wir haben sie so ausgiebig genutzt, dass wir wahrscheinlich als getrocknete Pflaumen nach Hause gefahren sind. • Ein winziger Gruß an den Handwerker, wenn man ganz pingelig ist, die Silikonfuge an der Duschwanne hat ihre besten Tage hinter sich und sieht etwas unansehnlich aus. Die müsste mal erneuert werden, damit das Bad wieder im vollen Glanz erstrahlt. Fazit: Wir haben die Zeit bei euch wieder einmal riesig genossen und wären am liebsten einfach direkt dort eingezogen. Wir mussten schweren Herzens abreisen, aber wir kommen wieder, versprochen! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Wunderschöne Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Für Familien mit Kindern ist Einiges an nützlicher Ausstattung vorhanden, z.B. mehrere Nachtlichter, ein Hochstuhl und sogar etwas Kindergeschirr (um das die Kinder sich dann streiten können ;-) ) sowie ein Bollerwagen. Auch eine klassische Spielesammlung ist in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war extrem gut gereinigt, es fühlte sich an wie Erstbezug. Klare Empfehlung von uns!
