You’ll be staying in a 58 m² apartment on the ground floor of a charming villa with a spacious layout and modern amenities. With one bedroom, one bathroom, and a total of two rooms, the holiday rental accommodates up to four people and is ideal for couples, families, and solo travellers who value comfort and proximity to the sea.

The spacious living room features a stylish sofa, a TV, and Wi-Fi for relaxing evenings. The open floor plan harmoniously connects the living area with the dining area and the open kitchen. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a freezer compartment in the refrigerator, inviting you to cook and enjoy meals together. Crockery, silverware, and kitchen utensils are all provided.

The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathtub (which can also be used for showering), a toilet, a mirror, a sink, a hair dryer, and hot water, offering comfort after an eventful day at the Baltic Sea. Central heating, tile flooring in the living room, and privacy screens on all windows provide additional comfort and ensure your privacy.

Adjacent to the apartment is a private, furnished terrace that invites you to relax outdoors. Garden furniture is available in the well-maintained outdoor area. A private, free parking space is located right next to the house. A shared washing machine is available for your laundry needs; a vacuum cleaner is also provided.

Villa Smidt is a charming holiday home with a total of six residential units, four of which are available as holiday apartments for our guests. These include two two-room apartments on the ground floor and two three-room apartments on the ground floor.
Villa Smidt is located on Gartenstraße, just about 200 metres from the beach promenade and the fine-sand beach of Warnemünde. The centrally located Kirchplatz is about one kilometre away—alternatively, you can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade to the Teepott Warnemünde and the Warnemünde Lighthouse.
The two-room holiday apartments on the ground floor can accommodate up to four people; an extra bed can be added in the living area. The ground-floor apartments feature a terrace. Dogs are allowed in one ground-floor apartment and one upper-floor apartment.
The three-room apartments on the ground floor feature two separate bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a balcony.
All holiday apartments are equipped with fully stocked kitchens, allowing you to comfortably prepare your own meals during your stay.
A washing machine is available to guests on the ground floor free of charge. Each apartment has a lockable shed for storing items such as bicycles.
