In our beautiful "Auszeit" bungalow, dear guests, you can enjoy your Baltic Sea holiday to the fullest.

Amenities

The newly renovated bungalow, measuring approximately 55 square metres, is furnished in a modern and comfortable style. It has a total of 3 rooms and is equipped to accommodate 4 guests plus a toddler.

An optimal floor plan and modern furnishings create a holiday atmosphere. The bright living area with a TV and direct access to the large garden create a cosy atmosphere. Make yourself comfortable on the couch and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Start your day with a good breakfast—the kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for self-catering. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table provided.

In the two separate bedrooms, comfortable beds ensure restful nights. The larger bedroom features a double bed with dressers, and the children’s room has a great bunk bed.

The walk-in shower in the tiled bathroom is a delight not only for seniors. A small window lets in natural light and makes it easy to air out the room after showering.

On the two furnished terraces with patio furniture, you can enjoy the wonderfully fresh Baltic Sea air. The larger terrace by the entrance faces north, while the smaller terrace, with its adjoining property and sun loungers, faces south.

Special Features

Enjoy the beautiful location surrounded by greenery, in the second row in the Tarnewitz district near Boltenhagen. The roller shutters provide excellent shade. For our youngest guests, a travel cot with a matching mattress and a high chair are available free of charge.

Bicycles

There are bike racks on the property for guests.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the holiday rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

The price is valid for two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an enquiry via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a holiday rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
