This 2-room, non-smoking holiday rental (approx. 50 sqm) for up to 4 people is located on the 4th floor of the Eydum building, which is situated near the beach (100 metres to the beach). The apartment is fully equipped with modern, wood-look designer flooring.
It also features a sheltered south-facing balcony (with balcony furniture and cushions) overlooking the beach road.
From the entryway, which features a coat rack and plenty of closet space, you can access the living room (with access to the balcony), the bedroom, and the new shower room/toilet.
The living area features a corner sofa set, a separate dining area, a flat-screen satellite TV, and an open kitchenette.
The extendable dining table comfortably seats 4 people.
The open-concept kitchenette features a dishwasher, an oven with an integrated microwave function, an induction cooktop, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard amenities.
The box-spring beds in the bedroom can be arranged as single or double beds. The living room also features a sofa bed (slatted frame and mattress).
In addition to a “Rain” shower, this apartment features an infrared sauna (full-spectrum infrared heater up to 60 degrees) for two people.
The apartment is suitable for use as a “holiday office,” as it is equipped with internet access and a LAN network.

An outdoor parking space can be rented for €14 per day (limited availability!).
