"Casita del Mar" is a charming villa in a family-friendly, rural location close to the sea, offering privacy and relaxation.
This picturesque holiday home has two terraces, each facing different directions, so you can enjoy the surroundings in comfort. The pool, tiled with blue mosaic tiles, can be reached via a wide staircase and is surrounded by a lawn with sun loungers and parasols for sunbathing. Enjoy a barbecue on warm evenings and cook with fresh local ingredients.
Inside, the villa offers a modern, cool atmosphere with elegant décor, clean lines and subtle colours. The open-plan living/dining room has a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday. Two modern bedrooms have beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres, in one bedroom they are combined to form a double bed. A well-equipped bathroom with natural light and first-class fittings round off the property and ensure a relaxing stay.
The picturesque finca "Casita del Mar" is unique, especially thanks to its very close proximity to the beach, just north of the pretty town of Cala Millor. Visit the market in Son Servera every Friday and the market in Artà every Tuesday, which is a little further away and is definitely worth a visit. Restaurants and bars can be found within walking distance in Port Verd. Costa de los Pinos or Cala Bona have particularly good fish restaurants on offer. If you are looking for a day at the beach, walk to the beach in Port Vell itself or visit Sa Marjal or Cala Bona.
