The name of this house suggests that a distant cousin of Getafix, the druid, brewed his magic potion here. Far from it! The most characteristic feature of this property is the water. The garden will immediately win you over with its large pool, which is so spacious that you can choose between swimming lengths and widths. The diversity of nature is reflected in the property; various fruit trees provide shade in the patio and flower pots on the terrace bring a touch of colour to the bright sunny day. The covered terrace is spacious and benefits from the beautiful natural stone façade of the house. Once you have fired up the barbecue and a cool drink is waiting on the dining table, you as the host will have plenty of space to receive a visitor or two in this opulent setting. From the roof terrace, you can even see the nearby football pitch; and even if the FC Barcelona players might not be lacing up their football boots down there, as an avid football fan you don't have to miss out on it on holiday.







On entering the house, the first thing that catches the eye is the spacious entrance area. A collection of plants creates a natural atmosphere in the light-flooded atrium. To the left is the smaller of the two living rooms with adjoining kitchen, equipped with a microwave and large oven. In the centre of the kitchen is a table where you can eat your morning muesli or drink a cup of coffee on bar stools. The smaller living room offers numerous leisure options, such as listening to music or watching a good film while relaxing on the comfortable sofas. If you're not in the mood for media consumption and want to really switch off, then the other living room is just right for you: in addition to lavish bookshelves, a cosy fireplace crackles here. The room is furnished with beanbags that can be easily moved so that you can decide for yourself how close you want to sit to the fire or how warm you want it to be. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, as is one of the bathrooms. All the others have their cosy beds on the upper floor; the bathrooms are right next to the double bedrooms. The three bathtubs with whirlpool function are particularly attractive. Together with the two showers, they ensure that your experience with Mallorcan water is not just for body care, but pure pleasure. After all, holidays are all about relaxation! When it comes to the furnishings, each bedroom is different so that everyone can find something to suit their taste. But all the rooms have one thing in common: they are a testament to the good taste of the owner, who has shown that he has a good sense for a mixture of modern and rustic elements, including some antiques, which give the interior a special touch.



The name of the village of Selva comes from the Latin word silva, which means forest. This is no surprise, as this is one of the most wooded areas on the island. Selva is a village, but also a communal hub for three other villages: Moscari, Caimari and Biniamar. Off the beaten tourist track, you can still experience real Mallorcan life here in all its charming simplicity. So close to nature and yet so conveniently located on a local road, you can spend a varied and fulfilling holiday at Villa Turixant Dalt. Just 5 kilometres away is Inca, with 30,000 inhabitants, one of the largest towns on the island and definitely worth a visit, not least because of the recently opened shoe museum, which showcases the island's important leather processing industry. You will be served hearty regional cuisine in rustic cellar restaurants and perhaps afterwards you will feel the urge to shed the pounds with a dip in the sea. No problem; the breathtaking sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia are only 25 kilometres away.



The opulent Turixant Dalt house is more of an urban version of a villa, located in the small village of Selva, but still has the character of a villa. The next largest town, Inca, is only a 10-minute drive away for all the important shopping and night-time atmosphere in the wine cellars. The breathtaking sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia on the north coast are just 25 kilometres away. And the island's capital Palma and the airport are around 30 kilometres away.
