The house has an L-shaped floor plan, with the veranda adjoining an open-plan space for relaxing, dining and cooking. This living space with floor-to-ceiling windows is flooded with light thanks to the room height, the smooth plastered white walls and the sandstone-coloured floor tiles. A fireplace set into the wall creates a cosy atmosphere, even in the cheerful yellow seating area in front of the LCD TV. A collection of board games transforms the dining table into an entertaining conversation area. The family-friendliness is also reflected in the two high chairs, in which even the youngest guests can find their place at the dining table. The kitchen area is somewhat demarcated by a customised solution with a free-standing cupboard in a natural wood look and plenty of storage space. The dark marble worktop forms a beautiful contrast to the high-quality design, which is emphasised by the extensive fittings. The chic guest WC completes the fully air-conditioned communal living space. The bedrooms are located in the second part of the L-shaped building. Two twin bedrooms share a modern white bathroom with azure tiling and walk-in shower perfect for children and/or a grandparent staying with you. The master bedroom with king-size bed has an en-suite shower room. The furniture design is the same as that of the house: clear, pure, natural, minimalist. Everything simply fits together here.



The stylish Villa Amedart impresses with its modern purity and proximity to the sea. The property is located north of Alcúdia in a neighbourhood right by the sea. It is only 200 metres from the sea. The numerous beaches in the bay of Pollensa are an absolute must. This region offers incredible, protected nature reserves that are well worth exploring. In Alcúdia or Sa Pobla there are colourful weekly farmers' markets, large shops, cafés and restaurants - simply everything your heart desires.
