This holiday home with green shutters offers a wonderfully friendly atmosphere and welcomes you with a romantic, rustic exterior. The property includes a pool, where you can take a wonderfully refreshing dip on hot summer days and which is also designed so that you have a picturesque view of the Tramuntana mountains and the nearby town of Selva as you cool off. Right next to the 7-metre-long pool is a sun terrace with sun loungers. This creates the perfect holiday feeling when sunbathing and relaxing after a swim. The airy thatched roof over the stone terrace right next to the house offers pleasant shelter on particularly sunny days. On the other side of the house, you will find a lovely little area for sitting and feasting together with a perfect view of the greenery. Afterwards, you can enjoy the sunset on the roof terrace, which is accessible from outside, and bring your wonderful holiday to a close.



This small romantic villa only has one bedroom with a double bed and is therefore perfect for a holiday for two. With 80 m² of living space, you will find everything you need for a wonderful holiday. As soon as you enter this little retreat and step into the colourful rooms with country-style furniture, your heart will beat faster. On particularly hot days, fans and tiled floors ensure pleasantly mild days and nights. Satellite TV, WiFi, a washing machine and a dishwasher are just some of the many features designed to make your holiday at Villa Donoso as pleasant as possible. The cosy double room with direct access to one of the terraces is close to all the other rooms; and through the large patio door you have a wonderful view of the mountain range in the distance and the surrounding nature. The villa also has a cosily furnished living room with a fireplace, adjoining the open, fully equipped kitchen with gas hob. A further room with a comfortable sofa and additional seating is connected to the kitchen and living room and is ideal for a small private retreat. Each of the individual rooms offers you a wonderful view of the natural surroundings through large, colourful wooden windows. You also have direct access to the terrace through the lounge.



The village of Selva is only about 2 minutes away by car and is one of the most wooded places on the island. However, the lush nature is not the only thing you can marvel at in this tranquil place; the farmers' market, where you can buy typical products from the region, is also worth a visit. In Selva you can also do your daily shopping in the well-stocked supermarket and visit bars and restaurants. The house is located near a country road, where traffic can be heard depending on the wind direction. This road takes you to the surrounding towns and beaches. For example, the town of Inca, 3 km away, offers excellent shopping opportunities. The shoe museum in Inca has a special significance as it shows the important leather processing industry on Mallorca. A visit to the beach is not to be missed. The beautiful sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia, where you can swim in marvellous scenery, are 25 km away. The small Villa Donoso is located just 2 km east of the beautiful mountain village of Selva. Here you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and the village, which you can also reach on foot. There you can do your shopping in the supermarket, but there are also restaurants and cafés in Selva. The farmers' market on Fridays offers a culinary experience and gives you the opportunity to pick up traditional artisan and agricultural products from the region. Visit the beach at the bay of Alcúdia, 24 kilometres away.
