About this property

Beautiful place in the city centre of Majorca, perfect to enjoy nature

The house was built in 1880 and renovated for the last time in 2013.It has 2 stories. Downstairs: dining room, open plan kitchen, independent living room with fireplace, bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms (2 of them have 2 105x190 beds, and in the third one a 135 cm bed), bathroom and terrace.
The house is powered with solar energy. The water comes from a private drinking water well. Rain water is also collected in a barrel to drink.
Next to the house you will find a pool with terrace and a barbecue.

Ca´n Brusquer is and has always been a very special gathering place for me. Away from the city noise, it is a place where you can enjoy the singing of birds and the company of your loved ones.

What makes this property unique

Waking up in Ca's brusquer is not like doing it anywhere else. Opening the window make yoy see all the colors worn by the day. It is a place where simple everyday activities such as walking, relaxing or a desktop become a luxury.
