The main living area has a bright, open-plan layout with a cosy living room with fireplace and direct access to the pool terrace. An inviting dining area adjoins one of the natural stone terraces, while the bright kitchen has its own dining area and access to the pool. There are three double bedrooms on this level, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, as well as a separate bathroom. A fourth double bedroom with washbasin is accessible from the garden. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, making Can Baldo ideal for two families or friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday together.



This very cosy farmhouse is located just 6 km south-east of the tranquil village of Sencelles. In a wonderfully peaceful location, it is an ideal base for exploring the many facets of Mallorca. Sencelles is ideal for daily shopping and the weekly market in Placa Nova with its fresh produce is well worth a visit. The fine sandy beaches of the south of the island, such as Cala Estancia, Platja de Palma and Cuidad Jardin, are around 30 minutes away by car.
