The traditional farmhouse Moli den Guixo is a real piece of Mallorcan history that offers you a unique holiday. The holiday home with an old mill tower combines the charm of the original Majorca with the quality of a modern and comfortable holiday home. The garden with lush planting, charming shady seating areas and terrace areas offers a great atmosphere. There is also a dining area next to the brick barbecue and sun loungers in the shade of the majestic plants by the pool. From the roof terrace with the tower, you can enjoy sweeping views of medieval Artà or the rolling hills of this coastal region. As well as the view of San Salvador, the landmark of Artà, or the starry sky. From there you can also see the Via Verde, where you can easily reach Artà on foot without having to cross a main road.
Cosiness also plays a major role inside the house. During the renovation, the original character of the interior was preserved with the niches and brick benches. This has a pleasantly purist, minimalist effect and is extremely cosy at the same time. Vaulted ceilings characterise the open-plan living and kitchen area. Terracotta tiles, white walls, a cosy alcove where a dining table invites you to enjoy long dinners. The fireplace in the living area rounds off the cosy atmosphere. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a modern, customised bathtub. If you leave the house and cross the covered outdoor dining area, you will reach a second wing of the building, where you will find the fifth sleeping area in the form of a comfortable sofa bed in a living room and a shower room.
