VITERBO - Spectacular villa with private pool and beautiful views of the coast and the sea

Beautiful house, amidst the mountains, for 6 people and with private pool. It's only 3 km from Son Servera.
The chlorine pool -that sizes 7 x 7 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.5 to 2 metres- is the place where you will enjoy a dip with the best company of the breath-taking views to the mountains and the sea. Around the pool, you'll find a space with loungers to sunbathe and a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy a coffee or a delicious meal cooked on the BBQ. You'll also find an exterior shower.

You can enter the house from the terrace right to the living room that boasts a Majorcan style. Here, you can rest on the sofa and watch the satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop and a table with chairs. The laundry room is independent and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, two of them with twin beds -with a shared en-suite bathroom with a bath and exit to the garden- and the last one with a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms with a bathtub for the rest of the house, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.The house is equipped with central heating and 4 fans.

This finca is located in a rural area. From here, you can reach a several charming places like the Natural park of Levante or the golf course of Pula Golf. Son Servera also is near. It's an inland town with all basic services and a great gastronomy offer. You'll also find beautiful beaches nearby like cala sa Marjal. We also recommend you visit the wonderful Caves of Artà.

This house is an absolute dream! We would definitely come back here to spend some more time in this beautiful house and the beautiful surroundings. If you’re after a peaceful vacation with lots of nice things to do within an hour drive this is definitely the place! Just be careful with maps. It sent us to a dead end road a few times and the roads were very narrow so it was difficult to turn around. The house looks even better than it does in the pictures and it’s very private and calm.

We absolutely loved this house.Stunning design,very comfortable stylish decor and furnishings,very bright and sunny-huge windows and glass doors,We felt really relaxed and at home in this beautiful house.Very different in a good way.There is an absolutely huge pool but be warned it is very deep and has no warnings about just how deep it is.Lovely peaceful countryside with a distant sea view.The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday yet only eight minute drive into Son Severa which has everything you need,The house is very well equipped for cooking and barbecuing.We thoroughly recommend this property and will definitely return.Has good heating so would be ideal also for Winter renting.

We had a lovely stay at Viterbo/Son Servera. It is a finca with 4 rooms which could sleep 8 people, we were only four. The pool is the highlight of the place, as large as shown and very clean. It was nice being close to nature, it was private and very peaceful. The kitchen has all necessary cooking utensils. There are plenty of towels. Only thing missing was air conditioning. It was quite hot (stay in July) and the place does warm up a bit because of the glass elements. There are fans however. Overall we had a great time and would book again :)

Das Haus hat uns nocheinmal positiv überrascht, obwohl wir schon von den Fotos begeistert waren. Wunderschön und besonders. Ein altes Gebäude eingebettet in ein modernes Gerüst. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und schön. Man muss aufpassen, dass man von Maps nicht über einen kleinen Pfad geführt wird, sondern über die gut befestigten Straßen fährt. Insgesamt würden wir alles wieder genauso machen
