The Mediterranean Sea will be omnipresent during your stay at Villa Es Clot. From the cosy, partially covered terraces around the house, you can enjoy a wonderful, unobstructed view of the bay of Pollença and a pleasant sea breeze in the shade. Imagine having breakfast at sunrise, spending lovely barbecue evenings or simply lazing around here. Your pool will be the real Mediterranean from your terrace to the low rocky coast just a few steps away. Thanks to careful renovation, the villa has retained its original architecture with high wooden beamed ceilings and ornate sandstone arches.
The living area of the villa is divided into a main house and a separately accessible studio. The bright living room with a modern fireplace and access to the sea view terrace is located in the main house. It shares a spacious room with the dining room, which also has a glass door to the outside on the opposite side. Right next to the living room is the modern, fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the main house has three double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, as well as a further bathroom for communal use. The studio is connected to the main house via the terrace and has its own cosy living area with sea views, a double bedroom and a bathroom. All bedrooms as well as the living room and kitchen are equipped with air conditioning. The villa is located in the small residential area of Morer Vermell on the Victòria peninsula in the north-east of Mallorca. Shopping facilities are available in Alcúdia, 1.5 km away. The long sandy beaches of Alcúdia and Pollença can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
