Whether with family or friends, you’ll find plenty of sunny and shaded spots around the house to relax and enjoy the unique location. The covered terrace by the house features ceiling fans, a dining table, and a cozy seating area with stunning mountain views. The covered dining area in front of the kitchen is ideal for shared meals and sociable barbecue evenings. The large gas grill makes it easy to prepare fresh fish or Iberian steaks.



The private pool with outdoor shower is perfect for cooling off on warm days. Swim under the Andalusian sky and take in the wide views—this is pure holiday.



Inside, the rustic living room with various seating options, fireplace, and dining table makes you feel right at home. Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning provide modern comfort, while the fireplace adds warmth in cooler months. The fully equipped country kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, and electric stove for convenient cooking. A washing machine is also available.



The finca offers three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and air conditioning, one with a single bed, and another with a pull-out bed for one or two guests. Two bathrooms are available.



The mountain village of Alcaucín with shops is just a few minutes’ drive away. The coast, with beaches, restaurants, weekly markets, and the El Ingenio shopping center, can be reached in about 25 minutes.
