The owner is just great, attentive, and responds very quickly. The first day we arrived at the house

The owner is just great, attentive, and responds very quickly. The first day we arrived at the house, I was surprised by the path that leads into the heart of the mountain, but having already driven on mountain roads, I knew it wouldn't be a problem. Just don't drive like crazy, otherwise no problem. Maybe there was a little too much vegetation overhanging the road. The kids and I walked the whole way and broke off anything that stuck out to avoid scratching the vehicle. Otherwise, no worries. Be careful, I think the path can be scary for some drivers, but overall, I assure you, it's nothing complicated. If you know how to drive, I'm assuming that if the locals can do it, why not me? Arrived there. Everything was spotless and clean, nothing to say, we had a problem with the pool water and the owner did everything to resolve the problem once I informed her and the problem was resolved. I'm just telling you so you understand that the owner is doing what she can to resolve the problem and it was resolved. She also gave us local biscuits one morning when we woke up. We found them on the terrace table after she came by to clean the pool in the morning. No hassle, we never had it before, so she doesn't bother us at all and lets us know via message the day before her arrival. The place is very quiet, with several places for family walks or alone, which is what we did. You can find XXL lemons and mangoes, as well as grapes. Our stay overall went very well. We know the area. We had already rented in Campeta, so the main road and surrounding area weren't a surprise to us. Google tells you it's 27 minutes from the nearest beach; I put it 20 minutes. And there's a Lidl and restaurants along the beach, too. There are merchants in the early evening, especially on Friday and Saturday nights when there are more of them. Torre del Mar and Torremolinos aren't very far from the bottom, so from Algarrobo, it's 9 minutes to Torre, which is very lively, and Torremolinos is further away. But it's also very lively, two tourist spots, and the house allows for peace and quiet, perfectly disconnecting from everyday life. Algarrobo-Costa is quieter and just down the road, perfect for days when you want to stay in peace and quiet. In summary, we had a very good stay, as we often love Andalusia and the landscapes and people are simply magnificent.

Gib der Bewertung bitte einen Titel Aus Nettigkeit und um mich schon mal vorzustellen, hatte ich vorab eine Mail an die Vermieterin geschickt. Da kam dann erst nach einer langen Zeit eine Rückmeldung per WhatsApp. Die darauf folgenden Gespräche waren sehr positiv. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden circa 15-20 Minuten entfernt von derUnterkunft abgeholt beziehungsweise ist uns eine Person vorgefahren und wir hinterher als wir dann aber gemerkt haben, dass es schon sehr steil in die Berge geht und wir gefühlt in einen Dschungel einziehen, hat sich schon eine leichte Angst breitgemacht auch bei unserem Kleinkind. Zumal wir ein kleines Auto gemietet hatten, mit dem es sich sehr schwer hochfahren lässt und wo auch nicht garantiert ist, dass man danach keine Schädigungen am Auto hat. Diese Infos waren uns im Vorhinein nicht bekannt vor allem, wenn man sich mit Spanien und dem Ort nicht auskennt und sich auf die Angaben im Internet verlässt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen und aus Sicherheitsgründen und im Falle eines. Notfalls hatten wir die Befürchtung, dass man da so leicht halt nicht wegkommt und dann haben wir uns bewusst und höflich dafür entschieden, dass wir die Unterkunft verlassen und dies der Vermieterin mitgeteilt. Als ich daraufhin fragte, wie der Verlauf sei, wenn man die Villa jetzt schon verlässt, hatte ich das Gefühl, dass sehr patzig reagiert wurde mag aber auch an der sprachlichen Barriere liegen. Der Pool, der eigentlich der Hauptgrund war, weswegen die Villa gemietet wurde, hat leider nicht so unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Zumal das Wasser sehr trüb war viele Tiere sich darin befanden was angesichts der Lage dazu passt. Dafür, dass wir nach wenigen Stunden abgereist sind war es dann doch sehr teuer. Es ist auch absolut verständlich, dass es die Hauptsaison ist und man daher über jede Einnahme froh ist. Allerdings hätte man da schon etwas entgegenkommen können. Wir haben es aber nicht weiter angesprochen, weil wir direkt die Rückmeldung bekommen hat, dass nichts passieren wird selbst wenn wir am selben Tag noch abreisen. Sehr schade.
