House kills two floors with 3 bedrooms next to the beach, about 200 meters, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes to the seafront. 5 minutes from the A7 motorway by car, quiet residential area surrounded by supermarkets and close to restaurants and bars. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people. It is a completely renovated house with all the comforts and new furniture.

The house has a porch with a small pool and a barbecue. The porch has a table with 6 chairs by the pool and plants in arreates.

On the upper floor is the master bedroom suite with double bed and its bathroom with private shower, another bedroom with double bed and the third bedroom consisting of two single beds, also has a terrace with a small table and two chairs and a 4-piece full bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor there is a small toilet, the living room with fireplace and a kitchen with gas hob, coffee maker, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

The house has wifi, ceiling fans and water heats with solar panels. In addition, towels, sheets and kitchen are left with full kitchenware.

Lovely stay

Stayed at this property with my father and 2 daughters. Maria is a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming. The house is lovely, it has everything you need and is in a great location. Would highly recommend and hope to return before too long. Thank you Maria.

Great location

The house is well furnished, had everything you need for comfortable stay, The location is close to shopping, restaurants and fantastic beach. The only thing lucking is AC in the bedrooms. Our stay was in July during the heat wave and was too hot at night.

The property was lovely nicely laid out, but smaller than it looks in the photographs. We had several problems with the electricity, they were dealt with very quickly. Great position near all the facilities. I think a little bit more effort to make it perfect would be matching sheets, duvets, cushion covers etc cosmetic stuff really but it does make a difference and wouldn’t be that difficult to implement. I was unfortunately ill for most of my stay but it was a good place to recover. I would definitely recommend this property.
