This house has two flats on the ground floor of a family home where the owners live year-round. Guests can enjoy the landscaped courtyard, garden and barbecue. The fenced courtyard provides additional security for guests, their cars and their pets, which are also welcome in these flats. The house is located in the village of Ðuba, just outside the city. The nearest beach, about 500 metres away, is a favourite with locals and ideal for those who prefer quiet, ‘non-touristy’ beaches.
