Mooi, ruim, huis met een prachtig uitzicht in Kristianstad. Winkels zijn dichtbij, evenals een mooi stuk natuur waarin heerlijk gewandeld en gezwommen kan worden. Het huis was schoon en netjes, alleen maakte de vaatwasser niet helemaal goed schoon.
