Our approximately 80 m² (850 sq ft) completely renovated holiday apartment offers you a stay of the highest standard – exclusive, modern, and with meticulous attention to detail. The heart of the apartment is the high-quality eat-in kitchen, ideal for cooking, dining together, or cozy game nights. From here, you enter the stylish living room with a 65-inch flat-screen TV and a particularly comfortable, electrically adjustable recliner.

Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth in all rooms – even on cold winter days. A small hallway leads to the modern shower room with a heated towel rail, mirrored cabinet, and vanity mirror.

Two separate bedrooms offer space for up to four additional guests: a queen-size bedroom and a spacious king-size bedroom with breathtaking views. The eat-in kitchen and the king-size bedroom both open onto the terrace, which offers fresh mountain air year-round.

A ski room with boot dryers and a fitness room with basic equipment are already available. The pool, sauna, carport, and outdoor facilities are currently under construction. Our goal: an exclusive chalet feeling – a home in the mountains with a unique view.

Wir (4 Erw, 2 Ki 9 und 13J plus Hund) waren die ersten, die ihren Urlaub in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbringen durften. Die Vermieter Clarissa und Stefan haben uns persönlich und sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch unser Vierbeiner wurde liebevoll begrüßt und mit Futterecke (Näpfe und Decke) willkommen geheißen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an alle sehr wohlgefühlt.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. (Im Grunde mit viel mehr, als wir für gewöhnlich benötigen) Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ringsum ist wunderschön. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem Ortsteil oberhalb von Wenns. Mit dem Skibus (Haltestelle 5min Fußweg) kommt man entspannt in 25min ins Skigebiet Hochzeiger. Mit dem Auto ist man auch nicht wesentlich schneller. Wir hatten eine Urlaubswoche mit sehr viel Neuschnee. Die Straßenräumung ist zwar auf Zack, aber aufgrund der Berglage ist es sinnvoll, im Winter Schneeketten dabeizuhaben.Herrliche Wanderwege starten quasi vor der Haustür und unser Labrador fand es großartig im nahen Wald und im Schnee zu toben.Rund um das Haus ist vieles noch am Entstehen. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Es war ohnehin alles dick eingeschneit und gearbeitet wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht.Fazit: Wir können diese FeWo allen empfehlen, die es ruhig mögen und die dafür gerne ein paar Minuten Weg ins Tal mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen oder zu Restaurants in Kauf nehmen.
