Chez Coco is a family house built in the 1930s and passed down through generations. We are Antoine and Manon, and we spent over three years fully renovating it ourselves, with help from our family, to create a warm and welcoming place where you can gather together.



Rated 4 stars, the house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and a baby.



You will enjoy a spacious, bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a game room with pool table, foosball, and air hockey, a covered, heated outdoor jacuzzi for 6, a pétanque court, a terrace, and a garden—perfect for sharing special moments with family or friends.



For little ones, a baby bed, high chair, booster seat, and potty are available.



Located just outside Mauriac, on the road to Salers and Aurillac, the house is conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and services. It’s an ideal base for exploring Cantal: Salers, Puy Mary, Château de Val, Bort-les-Orgues dams, Longayroux Lake, Mars Valley, and the many hiking trails of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park.



Please note: The house is in town, in a residential area, mainly offering views of Mauriac. It does not have a mountain view or secluded setting, but you can quickly reach the region’s main attractions.



Pets allowed under conditions (maximum 2). Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.



Chez Coco is above all a home designed for sharing wonderful moments and creating lasting memories.
