Tolles Haus, schöne kleine Sauna. Leider war im Garten die Hauptstraße zu hören und das die beiden anderen Zimmer nicht direkt mit der 1 Wohnung verbunden war sondern zwei einzelne Wohneinheiten. Sonst super nah zum Strand, toller Wintergarten und einwandfreie Abwicklung mit Ostsee Living. Alles notwendige für einen schönen Urlaub vorhanden.

Wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit einer krassen Ausnahmen

Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zu frieden, aber:Für max 8 Pers. sind 2 Schlüssel einfach zu wenig. Vor allem weil die Schlüssel auch innerhalb des Hauses benötigt werden und man sich schon mal aussperrt.Als sehr unangenehm haben alle die vielen Benimm-Dich-Zettel an den Türen, Fensterbrettern, Luken und Toiletten empfunden. Allen Urlaubern zu unterstellen, dass sie sich falsch verhalten ist schon sehr unangenehm.Die 2 Ausgewiesen Parkplätze vor dem Haus (steht so in fetter Schrift auf den zugeteilten Zetteln bei Schlüsselübergabe) sollten dann auch zur Verfügung stehen. Statt dessen wird man beim Betreten des Hauses sofort zurecht gewiesen, dass man diese Stellflächen nicht zu beparken hat.Nun eine wirkliche Kritik:Nichts dagegen, wenn man einen Keller ausbaut und für Wäsche, Fitness oder Sauna nutzt, aber ein Schlafzimmer im Keller sollte dann auch den Ansprüchen eines Schlafzimmers entsprechen! Wir hatten leider ständig das Gefühl in einem Wirtschaftsraum zu nächtigen. Dies vor allem, weil das Hebewerk/Pumpstation alle 10 Sekunden angesprungen ist. Übrigens läuft die untere Toilette oft ununterbrochen nach.Dann gibt es dort noch eine sehr laute Zwangs-(be-/ent)lüftung, welche ein Schlafen in der Nacht ebenfalls unmlöglich machte und leider nicht abschaltbar ist. Diese spang alle 10 Min an. Sowas geht gar nicht !!!Fazit: OHNE das Kellerzimmer und mehr Schlüssel kann man die Unterkunft für 6 Personen uneingeschränkt empfehlen, da wir ansonsten sehr zufrieden waren.

Moderne Ferienwohnung, leider direkt an der Bundesstraße

- Sehr moderne Ferienwohnung - Voll ausgestattete Küche - Sauna & Fitnessraum - Strand in wenigen Mintuen zu Fuß erreichbar - Großer Garten - Das Haus liegt leider unmittelbar an der viel befahrenen Bundesstraße, sodass es draußen sehr laut ist. Das Haus ist jedoch gut isoliert, sodass die Straße im Inneren nicht zu hören ist. - Wäschepaket kostet 30 EUR pro Person (!)

Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung ist großzügig, modern gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr schöner Wintergarten. Wer Lust auf Sauna und Fitness hat, wird sich wohlfühlen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist im Keller, direkt neben der Sauna. Mit Lüftungsgeräten ausgestattet, war für uns o.k. Die Vermieterin wohnt mit im Haus, das war anfangs etwas irritierend. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr schön, konnten wir leider wegen des Herbstwetters nicht so nutzen. Für eine große Familie ist es optimal, empfehlenswert.
