Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 210: modern 3-room apartment close to the beach

The quiet and welcoming 3-room duplex apartment 210 (approx. 50 m²), located near the beach and featuring an interior staircase, spans two floors (ground floor and ground floor) in the courtyard of Building A. The apartment is highly functional and fully furnished. The rooms on the ground floor (kitchen, dining, and living areas, as well as the bathroom and toilet) are tiled, while the two bedrooms on the upper floor are carpeted.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 5 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious and bright living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, a wicker armchair, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with chairs and a display cabinet. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 12 m² sunny terrace (facing southeast towards the courtyard) with patio furniture. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with 2 flat-screen TVs. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions). A basic selection of games is also provided.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Upon request, we’d also be happy to provide you with a portable oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, a chest of drawers (in the hallway), a coat rack, a wall mirror, and 2 chairs, and has direct access to a 9.5 m² sunny rooftop terrace (facing southeast towards the courtyard) with sun loungers.

The separate and additional second bedroom features a comfortable double box-spring bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a nightstand with a bedside lamp, a small closet, and an additional flat-screen TV. This room also has direct access to the sun terrace.

The sofa bed (non-extendable sectional sofa) in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains or blinds.

The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, a large vanity with two sinks and a cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, a stool, a towel radiator, and plenty of storage space.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. You can park your car for a fee in the parking space (No. 210) assigned to your apartment in the courtyard of the residential complex. You can also park your bicycles in the courtyard using the bicycle racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental shop located right next to your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the two terraces for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 3 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 3 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night per person applies for the 4th and 5th persons.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
