The lake-side apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious, paved terrace area. From here, you can enjoy an impressive lake and mountain panorama – perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
The terrace is equipped with a dining table, comfortable deck chairs, and a barbecue, inviting you to enjoy cozy meals outdoors and relaxing hours in the sun.
The entire property is completely fenced in, offering additional privacy and security.

The terrace on the lake side leads directly into the bright living room. This is equipped with a modern kitchenette, a dining table, and a comfortable couch that can be used as a single sofa bed if required.
On the lake side is the double bedroom, which also has a patio door. From here, you can enjoy direct access to the terrace and a beautiful view of the lake.
On the mountain side is the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
The vacation apartment is bright, simple, and modern. The light stone flooring throughout emphasizes the friendly and timeless ambience and ensures a pleasant indoor climate even on warm days.
