The flat is located in Chete, one of the oldest village of the Val Bregaglia. It’s surrounded by green chestnut woods and it’s at walking distance from the the Swiss border.

The flat is completely renovated with a look at the original architecture. It has independent access; one bedroom, one bathroom, a living area with kitchen and sofa bed. It’s fully equipped.

Chete is the prefect starting point for outdoor activities. It offers all level of trekking and biking paths. At walking distance the are the river and the kids playground with equipped BBQ area. At walking distance also the gourmet restaurant La Lanterna Verde, the best bachelor of the area, a small market and “Ristoro Motta” a typical local restaurant.

The Engadina valley (CH) and the village of Madesimo (IT) are nearly 25’ driving, both heavens for Winter and Summer sports.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, ist gut ausgestattet, ideal für 2 Personen. Die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut (war im September schon sehr willkommen), Küche hat alle nötigen Utensilien - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnküche ist etwas dunkel, aber wir waren eh den ganzen Tag draußen.

Chete relax totale

Appartamento molto carino, posizione strategica per molte gite ed escursioni. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole rilassarsi e stare lontano dal caos quotidiano delle metropoli. Unica pecca la TV prende solo i 3 canali rai, perciò bisogna sperare sempre nel bel tempo. Per il resto tutto fantastico!

Authentisches „Paese-Leben“ in einem historischen Weiler

Chete ist einer der vielen historischen Weiler in Villa di Chiavenna. Die dicht gedrängten Natursteinhäuser sind über steingepflasterte autofreie Gassen leicht erreichbar - es ist herrlich ruhig, maximal hört man den Bach aus dem nahen Valle Vertura rauschen. Geparkt wird auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz unterhalb des Dorfes, 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Haus, das allen notwendigen Komfort bietet. Aufgrund der Lage auch für sehr heiße Sommertage ideal. Schlüsselübergabe und Betreuung vor Ort war perfekt - Grazie mille! Tipp: Die Panoramawanderung von Soglio (per Postauto stündlich erreichbar) nach Savogno oder die Rundtour von Borgonuovo an den Wasserfällen aufwärts nach Savogno -> Dasile und zurück über Sant Abbondio. Danach empfiehlt sich ein Besuch im „Pos Motta“ in Villa um das Kaloriendefizit auszugleichen - unschlagbares Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
